BodyFlow is a guided embodied dance journey where the movement is used as an exploration of the human inner landscape and a tool for release and healing.
With a strong focus on the music mixing styles and tones, Becky presents various topics and areas of focus for the body and mind to explore. The journey blends structure with flow, balancing softness and strength. It encourages dynamic and non-resistant ways of moving to release everyday patterns of contraction and activate presence and sensation. It is a session that helps release stagnant energy, ignites joy, encourages emotion to move and lets the body's intuitive wisdom shine. With no 'right or wrong' way of moving, the focus is on sensation, whilst encouraging a deep soulful expression of what is present, and wants to be moved.

Becky is the the co-founder of Kaynaktan Dance, where the living wisdom of ancient dance traditions is shared. @kaynaktandanceShe also co-founded The Call to Dance — an immersive project weaving together dance, ritual, and creative performance. @thecall2dance.. and Nurtured Wombin, an embodied Mother and Child creative residency rooted in connection and expression.Becky has brought mindfulness and movement into a school in a Kenyan slum, The Little Lions, and shared dance and embodied practices in an orphanage in Bali. She is devoted to spreading the healing and transformative power of dance — for communities and for individual wellbeing.
About Becky

My experiences and the choices I’ve made throughout my life — and the ways they’ve expanded both my inner and outer world — naturally inform how I choreograph, create, and direct movement. They bring a depth, sensitivity, and perspective to my creative process and human interaction that is deeply personal, giving my work (and experience of working with me) a quality that is uniquely my own.I trained as a professional dancer in London and spent over 14 years performing with well-known artists and productions around the world. Alongside performing, I began choreographing and offering movement direction for world tours, music videos, and short films — drawn to how movement can tell stories that words cannot.Alongside this work, my relationship with dance deepened beyond performance. I became curious about movement as a way to explore the inner human landscape — as a tool for release, healing, and reconnection. This led me into a range of trainings that continue to shape my work today. I trained with Switch2Move, supporting movement for people living with chronic neurological illness; in the Non-Linear Movement Method, a somatic practice for processing emotion, releasing trauma, and soothing the nervous system; in Qoya, a movement practice designed specifically for women; and I qualified as both a Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher. In 2016, I created BodyFlow — a therapeutic movement class that weaves together all of these experiences. Since then, I’ve shared this work around the world across a wide spectrum of spaces, audiences, and environments. I’m also the co-founder of Kaynaktan, a movement platform honouring ancient movement rituals from different cultures. Along the way, I’ve worked with an NGO offering dance to children in an orphanage in Indonesia, and helped introduce ‘Mindfulness and Movement’ into the curriculum of a school in a slum community in Africa. In 2025 i toured with RyX, co-facilitating somatic movement and breathwork immersions ahead of his shows, as well as dancing in them.I’m deeply passionate about the healing power of dance and the way it can transform stuck energy into creativity and flow.Dance continues to be my medicine, my inspiration, and a lifelong source of creative exploration. It fuels the way I imagine, shape, and bring movement to life across different artistic contexts and guidance.I love translating feeling into form and story into motion — creating work that is visually striking and emotionally resonant. I bring a collaborative, intuitive approach that helps translate vision into movement with clarity, depth, and impact.
